Seems the HOUSE "democrats" have already buckled under AGAIN regarding controlling the Credit Card Issuers ( Banks).
The Legislation that President Obama wants for Stopping the Card Issuers from doing things like raising rates on "existing balances and applying rate increases to your credit card "Retroactively", because you may have been late on a "Cable Bill" or "Telephone Bill" or the like is already being changed in the House to DELAY the effective date until 1 Year from the passage- which was exactly what the Credit Card Issuers aka BANKS lobbied the Representatives in the House to do.
I remember when during the Bush Administration the BANKS got their way regarding No Top Limit on Rates ( 33% or so might as well be no top rate)
Now - even under Democratic Control of Congress we are being SOLD OUT ON AGAIN !!! SHAME in the Democrats in the House !!!
Do you assholes really want us to believe you are representing the People ??
Then how about doing what we want you to do for a change, you know what we elected you to do in November - that is CHANGE !!!

Comcast Cable Tricks and Deceits
You may remember that on March 23rd I posted about Comcast Raising Rates by 50%
I was contacted on this blog ( you can check the link on the right for march 23rd) by a national Sales person. I had already been in contact with an customer service person at Comcast ( a Person Named Phil Operator # 2823) and they seemed to have answered my questions and satisfied me for the moment.
For the Moment is Right !!!
Never Never TRUST Corporate Bastards EVER !!!
Seems - even though Comcast adjusted our bill and at least brought us back down to about the same level of cost BEFORE THEY INCREASED COSTS because of their lack of BANDWIDTH - Now they want the full Billing amount of that March Bill instead of the AMOUNT I WAS GIVEN BY ( Phil Operator # 2823) while on the telephone settling this Problem back then ???
I am about ready to tell these assholes to come Un Hook everything , TV-Telephone and Internet !!!!
I am not going to pay the full amount they now say they want, when in March when we discussed this problem it was their Operator # 2823 - PHIL - who gave me the amount to pay on the bill then because I asked him while on the Phone with him and I immediately wrote the amount in the amount submitted line while I was talking with him. I am talking a difference of about $25 but that is not the point.
The POINT is I was TOLD to pay one amont after we decided we would stay with comcast - Rather than dumping them in favor of Verizon who is offering all three services for $89 per month verses Comcasts $149 per month price
Now the Other thing about this so called resolution to the problem I called about back in March. When I decided after being advised by PHIL Operator #2823 that we could "downgrade" our service on the Internet and get our bill back down close to where it was before they UPGRADED us in Price for No REAL REASON .
I was NOT TOLD the speed would be BELOW what a dual log shotgun Dial Up Modem would get ( Below 115 Kbps speed now). That is way below what DSL is at the bottom end of their spectrum.
We are supposed to pay $127 per month for something MUCH MUCH slower than Dual Dial Up speed - that we used to pay $109 per month for and we were getting at least 1 MB per second Downloads BEFORE the alleged Upgrade in speed they called about in march 2009 and LIED ABOUT back then saying it would not cost us anything more for this Upgrade in speed. Note- they never talked to anyone about this they left a messg on our Machine stating so
I still have that Messg Too Umh Hear that Comcast?)
I think my next step is to talk to the Attorney General In west virginia

I am gonna Try and be Rational about this
The issue of Gay Marriage or same sex marriage pops up now and again like with Miss America deal recently.
And almost ALWAYS the philosophy of some religious group gets tossed into the mix and someone ends up saying things like the Miss California chick did. GOD doesn't approve of Same Sex Marriage or for that matter they(the religious) will tell you God doesn't approve of Gay People or Lesbians or Transgendered or anything other than a Genetic Person.
In our country most often it seems to be the "christians" that throw the God Knows Best argument into the fray. But Muslims and Other Faiths are just about the same on this issue.
These so called "Religious People" think it is OK to DISCRIMINATE AGAINST people based upon their sexual orientation or Gender or even for these people to be living.
And make no mistake when you state your so called religious beliefs about this topic you ARE Discriminating against these Human Beings that happen to be different than you are.
Your Religions force you to discriminate against people all the time !!! To take away Basic Human Rights and Freedoms that all others enjoy without question.
Yet - at the same time you will look the other way when there is Spouse Abuse going on in your Family or neighborhood? You will look the other way when a President Takes us to WAR based Upon LIES and gets over 4700 Americans Killed in a war that should never have been started in IRAQ?
I was brought up in the Christian Faith, I used to believe. But that was before I finally got my eyes opened, along with my brain. I am going to pick on the Christian Faith because I was one but understand I believe all Religions are pure Bullshit. Nothing more than a way for the ruling class to maintain control over the people they want to have serve them while they are in power.
Ever heard of the Protestant Work Ethic? That has worked for the ruling class for hundreds of years now. All the while we the workers get shit on and have our rights taken away by those in power that Claim to be Christian People.
There is no compassion in a faith that would deny people basic human rights. PERIOD.
To the extent a religion does good things for others or helps people that think they need guidance on how to live their own lives, that is great as long as they don't force their belief system on those who do not want to be part of their "following".
Let's remember that our "Founding Fathers" are said to have been Christians, they came here and took away the land from the actual inhabitants, the Native Americans. Our initial guiding documents they laid out also reflected their "religious " Discrimination by excluding Blacks and the working class people from having the ability to own land , vote, even have a decent standard of living at that time. Not to mention they excluded Women from the same rights from the very start of this country.
So why is it that in this day and age, well over 200 years since this country was started, that these same Prejudices still exist for the most part( even if not usually spoken outloud)?
The answer my friends is blowing in the wind - Religion.
Why in this day and time do we still have WHITE and BLACK churches?
Why do people - even in the same denominations - feel they must segregate themselves on their day of worship? I can show a Black Church and and predominately White church in my town from the same faith less than 2 blocks apart?
Religions Glorify war and yet they will not accept that people may chose to live a life style of their own . They will not accept that being different from them is OK. They even go so far as to Kill and Harm LGBT people simply because they are who they are?
It is these direct contradictions in their so called beliefs that have caused me over the years to become a Non Believer.
God is the word DOG spelled backwards, that is all that word means to me anymore.
There is No God, No Sky man, no Creator that made you and me other than our parents by way of sexual intercourse.
Think of the Millions of people over the years that have died in the name of religion, the wars, the deaths and tortures, the Extinguishing of Milions during the Holocaust all becasue of the belief that One Group is Superior to another, which is EXACTLY what Relgion Leads you to.
Religious People believe they are superior to those who do not believe.
That is abudantly clear. They believe they know what is best for you and I, even if they don't really know You and I.
The words spoken by the Miss America contestant clearly demonstrate how "people of faith" view the rest of the world. We are to them nothing more than animals or creatures to be manipulated for their benefit.
If there was a GOD - would he allow us to Murder each other in his/her name?
If there was a GOD - would he/she condon harming someone or killing them simply because they love someone of the same sex?
I think not, Because we are the Creator the GOD if you will.
We have the power to determine our culture and society.
We have the ability to accept people for who they are.
We can if we desire to, make a better world for all to live in.
As Far as I am concerned I would much rather live next door to a LGBT Couple that loves each other and Demonstrates their love by being kind to others as well. Than to live among the so called "Christians" that go to meeting on Sunday and then live the rest of the week like they never even heard of their own God and their Beliefs, Big Time Phony People most of them.
Dont Care what you all think about this topic but send them nasty emails anyway, I enjoy reviewing them.

The System works only when you dont over step your responsibilties as did BUSH
The Justice Dept should investigate Who designe dthe Torture and who carried it our and ALL of them should be Prosecuted to the Fullest Extent under the Law.
It makes NO Difference if the "techiques" worked ot not !! Torture is Illegal and should never be used by the US in any form or manner- PERIOD.
The fact that we ( US Forces) do not torture is what sets us apart from people like the Nazis, The Stalinists and the North Koreans of Today.
We must lead by example in the world and that means we not only refrain from torture but that we also Prosecute all those who ere involved- not just lowly Privates like Lindy England.
While I am on this subject, we should also be Investigating and prosecuting the BUSH Administration for the Illegal War it got us into IRAQ.
Think of the over 4,000 American Soldiers that have been killed?
What about the over 1.5 Million US Soldiers that have served since the start of that war?
What about the 1 Million or so Iraqi Citizens that have died?
Is Nobody to be held accountable for this CRIME against Humanity???

Here is what I Believe
I recently got an email from a friend that forwarded it to me with a caption like this
Here is what I believe or something of that sort.
Then the author of the email with his picture inserted at the top (narcissism maybe?) started spouting his beliefs and at the outset stated he was a Master Mason ( ooh should we be in awe or what?).
Look folks it is really this simple OK? I believe what I believe- you believe what you believe and YOU are WRONG. Period - end of argument because I am a Master Mason?

The Great Ownership Society
We have become for the most part , a Nation that values Ownership of Things above all else.
How sad that is.
We Claim we own our land, our houses, our cars & trucks, etc... But if you do not pay the taxes levied by the "state" on them what happens? You no longer will own them, therefore you do not own them now do you?
If you do not pay your income taxes what happens? You can end up in the Jail House instead of your house( the house you think you own).
It always amazes me how many people I know that do not realize what they think they own , they don't.
We fool ourselves into thinking in terms of "ownership" because leaders in the Government over decades and decades have told us if we Own Things we are of Value, therefore if we don't own things we are not of value?
That has been unfortunately the emphasis of our Capitalistic Ownership Society for sometime now.
How many times have you heard politicians use the phrase The American Dream?
I ask you this - whose American Dream are they referring to? Yours and Mine or is it really Their American Dream?
I am going to illustrate these points by using my own Life Experience.
When I was growing up I was taught ( I was born in 1951) that if you worked hard and played by the so called rules - you could achieve the American Dream, a House , a Car, A Good Job that paid a Living Wage or Salary, a Couple of children, A Week or so of Vacation each Year, etc..
Here is the problem with that dream. It was Never supposed to become as good as it actually got in the period from 1950 to 1980. The (Elites of Business and the Wealthy Class) never dreamed Our Dream would get as good as it got back then. I know it is hard for young people today to understand what life was like back then, you have never lived it.
But in that period the average working person was able to graduate from High School and get a decent paying Job that would sustain an entire family for life - or near to it.
You could pay your bills, buy the groceries and maybe even have a little left over to save for the future and your children. Well them days are long gone now. The Ruling Class became , well upset with how far us "working Stiffs" had come along. We were joining their Country Clubs and playing golf along side them. We were able to buy a Boat or maybe even a Vacation home on a lake that they usually had to themselves. Now they were forced to share these places with us.
The Hired Help.
Actually - from the very start of our country we the working class were carved out from the elites as were Blacks and Indians.
The Founding Documents of our great nation insured that Slaves would be owned, Land would be Owned, THINGS and people would be OWNED. But never Owned By us the very people that would build the Nation into the Shinning City on the Hill. Regan always made me sick when he spouted that line.
The Past 50 years in this country have actually been a drastic Decline in the average persons rights and ability to actually live their lives. We now are beholden to Multi National Corporations, Large Financial Institutions that are Too Big To Fail, To the Chinese who we owe over One Trillion Dollars already for GW BUSH's Iraq War,. We are More Beholden than at most anytime I can remember in my lifetime to Entities other than ourselves.
Those who fear the thought of so called "socialism"? I ask you, what in the hell do you think you have lived under for the last 29 years since Ronald Regan started this Neo Con Empire??
It has been and is yet today a form of "Selective Socialism" that has benefited only those at the top of the wealth chart. Not those of us who actually performed the real work.
I heard a Republican state the other day on the news, "we don't want to go back to the 1970's for sure do we?" He stated almost as a question within his own mind.
I can answer that for him - Hell Yes we want to !!!
That was the last decade in my lifetime that working class people still had the ability to work at a Good Job for a Decent Wage . And could actually earn a decent rate on their savings and get a good rate on their Mortgage and yes taxes were Higher then for the Upper Classs but we had more US Corporations that employed more people at good wages and they still made large Profits ???
So I ask you why we ever left the 1970's???
You know the real Americans- the ones our ancestors wiped off this land and stole it from never even had a concept of ownership of Land or Things as such.
They knew they were a part of the land and nature and they knew how to use and not deplete their resources for the better of all. Then we came along and well - The Great Ownership Society sure taught those Native Americans didn't we?
For those who worry about the "spending going on now" - who in the hell do you think is going to pay for all the crap the Neo Cons put us in debt for over the last 30 years? It is us that is who.
And if we need to spend some more to correct the state of the state- then so be it.
BUT THIS TIME let's make THEM PAY FOR IT !!
Raise their TAXES
Start Real NATIONALIZED HEALTHCARE - that would put and end to major Insurance Companies which would be a Blesisng in Disguise!
Nationalize ALL the BANKS
And then after all the DEBTS are paid off ( probably 50 years from now)
Start a Flat Income Tax System with NO WRITE OFFS and No Upper Limits on Income to be Taxed at the Flat Rate.
I am amazed that so called conservatives think we are going to get out of this mess without having to pay for the mistakes of the past - that in large part they ruled over and caused !!

Financially Speaking How'd we get here?
Well simply put, we got to where we are because of the faith of a few people in the Capitalist System of Government ( formerly known as the USA).
But on a more serious note - we got here financially because we allowed a few people to not only set economic policy that had nothing to do with Our Welfare or benefit. And Numba 2, we forgot the lessons of the last great depression.
Actually since about 1792 our country has gone through 10 to 15 year cycles of credit crunches and contractions ( the ups and downs if you will of the markets). Then long about the Great Depression in the 1930's our leaders learned something, they learned that we can not allow the Human Greed we all have within us to run loose among the people - especially when people in power are allowed to guide that greed with their Political Programs. Therefore, after the Big Crash of 1929 ( the Banks) we enacted laws and regulations that did 3 major things.
1) We Established the FDIC ( Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation)
2) We established the Glass Steagall Act (which basically prevented Banks from doing risky things with our money)
3) We learned that Controlling the Money supply would lead to stability
This all worked pretty well for about 50 years or so after the Great Depression and Bank Failures of the 1929 and 1930's era.
Then along came Ronald Regan and the the Republican Right wing Idiots in 1980
Hence what happened They starte dto undermine the regulations that had been working for over 50 years !!!!
What did we get in return for this Deregulation - TheSavings and Loan Crisis my friends, remember that one - it ended up costing us about $290 Billion dollars over 10 years to pay off all the debts that the S&L OWNERS ran up during their rule over our money !!! I note this was ALL taking place under the leadership of Mr Regan and Mr Bush Sr my friends, with a splatterinf of John McCain thrown in there in regard to the Keating 5
And Now thanks to the Great Financial Skills and leadrship of the Conservatves and Capitalists and the Bush Jr Government - along with a little help from a fellow called Clinton and the NAFTA he allowed to be enacted under his watch, we have Todays Crisis My Friends.

This Crisis just as the past S&L Crisis has jad NOTHING to do with people failing to pay for their Mortgages at all. In Fact less than ONE PERCENT of the So Called Banking Problems had anything to do with the "Sub Prime Loans" we hear discussed so much on the news by the Talking Heads of the Financial Industry.
I wonder after watching FOX News organize and put together those so called Tea Party gatherings of April 15th this year - Have they really fooled themselves into thinking they (FOX) and those that attended these ridiculus events - that they really know what the hell is going on?
Where were they during the reign of King George W the Bushie, when he RAN UP THE NATIONAL DEBT and DEFICIT by borrowing money from the Chinese to pay for his WAR on IRAQ??? USA USA USA

Those people should recall who used nukes
People across the world that think they can intimidate America with Terror Tactics are only partially correct.
For a short time ( several years maybe ) you can. After Sept11 2001, this became apparent when we went after the WRONG People in IRAQ? The Then President told us to go shop while he and Cheney pretended to wage a war on Terror- what ever the hell that really is?
Now we have a new President and TO My dismay he appears to be making te same mistakes although to a llesser degree So Far.
The USA is the ONLY country to have ever used nuclear weapons. Think About that all those who think they will force us into doing what ever you think you can ?
I am not a Pacifist and Never Have been. I am socialist and I am a Veteran.
I am Patriotic and I alos can challenge my Government when I believ they are wrong.
More and More I find myself thinking, Maybe we should just Drop several Thermo Nuclear weapons on a few key cities around the world- you know just to send a Messg to those people that believe they will rule us. Umh - wonder what would happen if we did that?
Understand me, I am not prejudice against any certain religion ( I detest them all)
And I certainly believe we should leave oters alone as long as they leave us alone.
But I think the TIME HAS COME to send a very clear strong messg to the rest of the world.. We will not be Fucked with any longer.
I Figure One on Tehran, One on North Korea, One in Indonesia, One on Africa, may several Bombs on the Middle East .
That would be a decent start don't you think ?
Would the assholes of the world get it? Would they understand you can only push us so far then we Snap like a Crazy Man ??

Captain Phillips 2nd attempt to flee his captures led to Snipers Killing 3 Pirates and the Captain is now OK.

The taxpayer portion would amount to about $60 billion, which would be contained in the federal budget over the next ten years. The Government would borrow $50 billion by issuing 30-year bonds to be repaid through revenues collected from S & Ls. Including the interest expense, half of which will be borne by taxpayers, the total package could cost $200 billion or more over the course of three decades.

Anyway - It finally got warm enough ( the ground) to do some early spring planting in my back yard garden.
Put in some Green Onions ( already got 4 inch tops on em)
Put in Romaine Lettuce just today from seed of course
Put in Leaf Lettuce- Sugar Baby Peas-Sugar Baby Watermelon-Zucchini Summer Squash
One Row of Lima Beans
2 Rows of Bush Beans Green Garden Variety
Trying out a project I read about last year - Growing Potatoes in Saw Dust

Assualt Weapons should be BANNED
To all my friends that always use the argument that banning assault weapons infringes on the 2nd amendment - Go Tell that to the Families of the 3 Police Officers in Pittsburgh that just got Killed by a young man with an AK 47 !!!
These 3 Police Officers were GUNNED DOWN in Cold Blood by this asshole with an AK47 as they answered a Domestic Violence call at his residence. They were Murdered while they were just walking up to the door.
The Shooter had in his possession an AK47 with many many rounds, he was wearing a bullet Proof Vest and had 2 other guns in his immediate possession.
Now if you want to Hunt OK- A Standard Bolt Action Rifle or Pump is sufficient.
Shotgun - Pistol OK
Assault Weapons like the AK 47 have only ONE PURPOSE - TO KILL PEOPLE.
Every one of these type weapons should be Immediately BANNED from OWNING or SELLING in the United States of America by anyone NOT in Law Enforcement.
These same types of Weapons like the AK47 are being shipped south of our border to the Mexican Drug Lords to arm their respective armies involved in the War going on down there.
Which by the way is now spilling over into the USA as evidenced by all the recent news reports about the War In Mexico.
You know during the 8 years of Clinton there was a Law Banning the Sales of these types weapons, Of Course Under BUSH and the Right Wing Idiots that BAN WAS LIFTED.
The BAN should be Done RIGHT NOW, No Waiting Period , No License that will allow you as an individual "not in law enforcement" to even own or have in your possession one of these weapons.

I was amazed how many of these so called Gun Rights people were actually using MACHINE GUNS - fully auytomatic weapons at these meets, they even had Rocket Launchers in some of these videos??
No AMERICAN should have the right to own or possess any weapon that is specifically designed to KILL PEOPLE.
By the way I am a Gun Owner myself and I "used to be an NRA member" , that was before the NRA called me on the Teleohone back in the 1980's to urge me to call my Senators and tell them to pass legislation that allowed the COP Killer Bullets to emerge??
I at that Time told the NRA to Cancel My Membership On that Day when they called.
Law Enforcement has a hard enough time doing their Jobs without having to be put to DEATH by AUTOMATIC WEAPONS in the Hands of Deranged Assholes like the Guy who Just Killed those 3 Officers in Pittsburg PA in Stanton Heights.

As I watched Bill Moyers on TV on Sunday April 3, 2009. ( Yesterday)
I caught myself shaking my head in agreement with the statements issued and answers he gave during the interview. So much so that I decided to post on this subject of the Bail Out of the Banks and Financial Institutions once again. As You may know by now I do not believe we should have ever Biled out the banks last year at all, let al0ne bail out "private Business" like AIG and thelike.
Here is a line that should get you interested in checking into the idea of a Great Fraud being committed against us even by those Obama has put into places of power in this debacle.
Geitner Comes to my mind right off.
Only the scale of the scandal is new. A single bank, IndyMac, lost more money than the entire Savings and Loan Crisis. The difference between now and then, explains Black, is a drastic reduction in regulation and oversight, "We now know what happens when you destroy regulation. You get the biggest financial calamity of anybody under the age of 80."

The Current Tres. Secy ( Geitner ) was part of the Problem when this all began over the last 7 or 8 years. He sat on the New York Fed as Presdient while many of the Large Major Banks were getting involved in these deceptive Investment Instruments ( CDO,s CBO.s CDS etc)
In an Earlier post I stated we can not expect the FOX to take care of the Hen House, well we Cant and we can not expect there to be any eggs at alll either if we allow the FOX to eat the chickens while guarding the Hen House. And That My Friends is EXACTLY what is going on right now.

What this is all about his BANKS and MAJOR PRIVATE FIRMS covering there tracks regarding the frauds they committed against us all before we find out!! And to do so they are using OUR MONEY to cover the LIARS LOANS they made instead of them having to face up to their choices and possibly being put into recievorship and therefore the FDIC would kick in and NOBODY who had deposits in those BANKS covered would loose a damn dime.
Nobody except the ELITE OWNERS of these Banks and Firms , which are the very people who allowed these friads to take place.
THEY ARE USING "YOUR MONEY" to pay off those bad loans - even to foreign banks and firms.
I stated at the start of all this we should allow those Banks ( the first $700 Billion, small change now it seems) to FAIL. Depositors who had money in those banks would NEVER HAVE LOST even One Dime because fo the FDIC insurance. The Loan Holders would lose , and as they should lose. The Investors that bought into these Make a Quick Buck - Too Good to be true Collateralized Options should also lose their money- it was an Investment not a bank deposit they made ?? For Christ Sakes!!! If you invest money ( Into a Market BAsed Security) there are NO GUARANTEES and there should Never be a Guarantee on these investments..
No Guarantees are what make them Investments. the potential for HIGH reward for HIgh Risk
If those people whi invested in these instruments wanted guarantees they should have make deposits into banks - then they would have been covered. PERIOD the writer says!!!
Are you and WE simply going to set back and allow this to continue?

President Obama and the G20
Just watched a Live Press Conference from the G20 in London with Our President Barrack Obama
I AM SO Frickin PROUD to be an American right now I can't stand it !!!
What an absolute Change from BUSH ! Good Lord !!
The Man is SMART, Compassionate, Balanced and Understands what he is dealing with.
None of those descriptions even come close to GW BUSH , Every time he would speak in public anywhere - I would just hope he didnt say something stupid or worse yet Get Drunk in Public like he did when he went to visit the G20.
Everyday We see signs that say we have a bad time ahead of us.
But I believe with President Obama in Office we have a better than even chance of pulling through this mess OK. I dont agree with everything he proposes but He at least is trying to pull us out of the Hell Whole that was left on us by BUSH-Cheney and the Republican Party

The FDA and Tobacco
Today as I watched the debate on the house floor in the US House of Reps, I was appalled by the Republicans Attempts to prevent further regulation of Tobacco by the FDA.
At the outset, I am a Former Smoker, I quit less than 1 year ago and I am still suffering the side effects of smoking and will do so for the rest of my life ( Like MILLIONS OF AMERICANS) because in the past we had Politicians that would NOT step up and do the right thing for the people by Enforcing Regualtions of Tobacco rather than allowing MILLIONS OF AMERICANS to DIE from the Use of Tobacco.
What made me furious was that Republicans were actually standing up and claiming by passing the Bill it would hamper cures for things like arthritis ? Jesus Frickin Christ !?!?!
What Party was it that for at least the last 2 decades opposed STEM CELL RESEARCH to help cure such things as Parkinsons or possibly even CANCER ?? IT WAS the Frickin Republican ASSHOLES in CONGRESS.
One amendment offered today by Indiana Republican BUYER ( HR 1256) was being voted on as I watched ( one of many attempts today by repugs) stated to REMOVE REGULATION OF TOBACCO by the FDA all together ??? If you live in Indiana you ought to go visit that SOB at his Home next time he is back in town. Bring along some friends and relatioves who now use Oxygen from a tank to breath because they have COPD caused by SMOKING !!!
Let him and the other Republican Bastards that oppose regulation of Tobacco meet these people who live only by the Oxygen Tank they are forever now connected to for their LIFE !!

I will give credit where due , there were actually 42 Republicans who did not side with their party on this issue. There were also 17 Democrats who Voted with the Republicans that wanted to REMOVE REGULATION OF TOBACCO from the FDA. They likewise should be visited by the same Oxygen dependent people I mentioned above.
We KNOW SMOKING CAUSES CANCER
We KNOW TOBACCO all forms cause Cancer
We KNOW SMOKING causes COPD and other severe breathing problems
We HAVE KNOWN THIS for DECADES
Yet we allow these DEATH Instruments to still be sold?
We talk of just regulatioin instead of OUTLAWING these damn TOBACCO PRODUCTS?
